  7.     This window will display the following information and icons:

  9.     Hostname
  10.  
  11.     O.S.
  12.  
  13.     This area displays the selected hostname and its O/S type. You may
  14.     click on the System icon next to this block of information to bring
  15.     up the Processes window for the current host. Refer to "Process
  16.     Status" on page 4-29 to modify the host configuration.

  19.     Free Disk Space
  20.  
  21.     This area displays the amount of free disk space currently available
  22.     on the current host. You may click on the Disk icon next to this
  23.     area to bring up the Disk Usage By Filesystem window for the current
  24.     host. See "Usage By Filesystem" on page 5-3 for details on how to
  25.     use this window.

  27.     Users logged in
  28.  
  29.     This area displays the number of users currently logged on to the
  30.     current host. You may click on the User icon next to this area to
  31.     bring up the Who Is Logged In? window for the current host. See "Who
  32.     is Logged In" on page 4-28 for details on how to use this window.

  34.     Free Swap Space
  35.  
  36.     This area displays the amount of free swap space currently available
  37.     on the current host. You may click on the System icon next to this
  38.     area to bring up the Swap Space Usage window for the current host.
  39.     See "Swap Space" on page 8-8 for details on how to use this window.

  41.     Unacknowledged events
  42.  
  43.     Acknowledged events
  44.  
  45.     This area displays the number of unacknowledged and acknowledged
  46.     events currently associated with the selected host. You may click on
  47.     the Events icon next to this block of information to bring up the
  48.     Query Event Messages window for the current host. Refer to "Query
  49.     Events" on page 11-10 for details on how to use this window.

  51.     Cpu Load Average
  52.  
  53.     System Up Since
  54.  
  55.     This area displays the current CPU load average and the most recent       
  56.     time the system was brought up for the selected host. You may click
  57.     on the User icon next to this block of information to bring up the
  58.     Summary of Processes by User window for the current host. See "CPU
  59.     Summary" on page 4-31 for details on how to use this window.

  61.     Buttons
  62.  
  63.     This window contains the following buttons:

  66.     Acknowledge
  67.  
  68.     Select one or more events from the Event List box and click on this
  69.     button to acknowledge it/them. This action will change the state of
  70.     the selected event(s) in the Event List. You can only execute this
  71.     option if you have Modify permissions.
  72.  
  73.     This action could also update the host(s) icon status' state in the
  74.     Status Map, depending upon the status for the rest of the events
  75.     associated by that host. Refer to the "STATUS MAP" chapter in the
  76.     Enlighten User Guide for more details.

  78.     Reconfigure Test ...
  79.  
  80.     Select one or more unacknowledged events from the Event List box and
  81.     click on this button to bring up the Modify Event Test window for
  82.     the selected event(s). See "Add Test" on page 10-4 for details on
  83.     how to use this window and modify the test(s) which produced the
  84.     event(s).

  86.     View Host Notes ...
  87.  
  88.     Click on this button to bring up the Host Overview - Host Notes
  89.     window for the current host. This window will contain any notes
  90.     associated with the current host.

  92.     You can also add more information to this window. To do so: move the
  93.     cursor to the relevant point, type in your notes, and click on the
  94.     Save Notes button to update the current Host Notes.
  95.  
  96.     Telnet ...
  97.  
  98.     Click on this button to pop-up an xterm window running a remote
  99.     session on the current host. From here you can login to the system
  100.     and then use any UNIX standard commands.

  102.     Events List
  103.  
  104.     This list box shows all the current events, acknowledged and
  105.     unacknowledged, received from the current host.
  106.  
  107.     This list is sorted alphabetically by test name and then
  108.     chronologically by event time. The most recent event will be
  109.     inserted at the top of the sub-list for the relevant test as the
  110.     event is received.
  111.  
  112.     Each line in the list will display the event status (Ack =
  113.     acknowledged, Unack = unacknowledged), severity, and message for
  114.     that test/event.
  115.  
  116.     You can change how many messages show in the list box by placing the
  117.     mouse in the list, clicking on the right-mouse button, and selecting
  118.     from the following options:
  119.  
  120.     + View All Events (the default)
  121.     + View Acknowledged Events (shows only acknowledged events, if any)
  122.     + View Unacknowledged Events (shows only unacknowledged events, if
  123.       any)
  124.     + View Unclear Events (shows only uncleared events, if any)
  125.  
  126.     Refer to the "STATUS MAP" chapter in the Enlighten User Guide for a
  127.     definition of these "event types".
